Shipping Policy
We strive to get your novium products to you as quickly and safely as possible. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure smooth delivery.
Every order is shipped from our logistic center, in the south of France, near Bordeaux.
PROCESSING TIME
• Standard orders: Processed within 1 business days. If you order before 2.30 PM on a business day, your order will ship the same day.
• Personalized/Engraved orders: Please allow an additional 2 to 5 business days for our team to carefully customize your product.
• Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or French public holidays.
DELIVERY TIME
• Standard shipping: delivers orders to most European countries in 2 to 4 business days. Some countries may require up to 5 or 7 business days.
• Express shipping: delivers orders within 1 to 3 business days.
Details are available upon checkout when entering your address and selecting your shipping method.
Please note that delivery timeframes begin only once the carrier receives your order. For personalized or engraved items, please allow a few additional days for processing before the shipping period starts.
WHERE WE SHIP & SHIPPING COSTS
We ship everywhere in Europe except the UK (if you are in the UK, please visit our international website www.noviumdesign.com) and where carrier halted their services (e.g., Ukraine).
We also ship to a few more countries around the world. If you do not see your country upon checkout, feel free to email us at info@noviumdesign.eu and we will see if we can arrange shipping for you!
Shipping costs are available upon checkout. Free shipping is available to most European countries.
CUSTOM & DUTIES
For orders within the European Union, no additional duties apply. For international orders (outside the EU), customs fees or import taxes may be charged upon arrival; these are the responsibility of the customer.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER & DELIVERY ISSUES
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at info@noviumdesign.eu. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
