What ink refills do you use?
Each Hoverpen is designed with longevity and flexibility in mind.
The Hoverpen Interstellar is compatible with standard D1 ballpoint ink cartridges, including high-performance options from Schmidt and other leading brands.
Each pen comes with a fine (F) black cartridge pre-installed, plus an additional fine (F) blue refill included in the box.
Need a refill? Replacement cartridges and accessories are available on our [Accessories page] or through most major stationery retailers.
Is it suitable for left-handed writers?
Yes. Every Hoverpen is ergonomically designed for both left- and right-handed users, with smooth ink flow and balanced grip.
Does it require electricity?
Not at all. The Hoverpen floats using carefully calibrated magnetic repulsion, with no electricity, batteries, or charging required. It remains perfectly suspended, balanced by design until you’re ready to write.
